A little history on how we came to name our farm 
LUNDTOFT 
One side of our partnership is Danish and has strong Danish roots.  The farm name was borrowed and lovingly restored from Sten's grand father's small dairy farm  in Denmark. It has not been a farm for many years but as part of who Sten is we both felt it would have his grandfather's smile of approval if we took on a little of the history and tradition. 
We raise
Irish Dexter Cattle
Boer goats
Dorper Sheep 
as well as pasture raised pork
and many different types of poultry and water fowl
